General Dentistry
Comprehensive dentistry involves the diagnosis and treatment of general conditions affecting the teeth, gums and jaw. Preventive care is an important part of comprehensive dentistry as it enables Dr. Janash to address problems while they are still small. Regular checkups not only keep your teeth and gums looking good, feeling great, and functioning well; keeping up with your oral health can also significantly reduce the amount of money that will need to be spent on dental treatment later in life.

Orthodontics
We offer Invisalign® Clear Aligner Therapy to give you the smile you’ve always dreamed of. Invisalign uses a series of custom-made aligners that are changed approximately every two weeks to gently and gradually reposition teeth. The trays are comfortable for the sensitive tissues of your gums and cheeks, and they can even be removed so you can eat and brush your teeth as you normally would. Because the aligners are made from a transparent plastic material, they’re hardly noticeable—in fact, these invisible braces are so subtle that many people might not even know you're wearing braces at all!

Dental Implants
If you struggle with uncomfortable dentures or a retainer with false teeth, dental implants could give your smile a second chance. Implants are small titanium posts that are surgically positioned in the jaw bone then topped with a natural looking restoration to replace one or multiple missing teeth. Implants can also improve the fit, function and stability of dentures.
Dr. Janash has completed training in both the surgical and restoration phases of implant dentistry, so you won’t have to visit multiple offices to complete the treatment you need. Call today to discover how dental implants can help you get your smile back and better than ever!

Periodontal (Gum) Care
According to the American Academy of Periodontology, gum disease is the number one cause of tooth loss in adults over the age of 35. The prevalence of gum disease increases with age because as our teeth wear down, our gums naturally recede and certain medications can affect our oral health. If your gums feel tender or look red and swollen, you may be in the beginning stage of gum disease, called gingivitis. Other warning signs include bleeding gums, pain or sensitivity in your teeth and persistent bad breath. Untreated gum disease has been linked to an increased risk of stroke, heart attack and numerous other serious health problems.
Treatment for Gum Disease
If you have any degree of gum disease, Dr. Janash can help. Gum disease used to require surgery more often than not, and while surgery is still sometimes the best option, he can treat many cases with less invasive techniques first.

Sedation Dentistry
People of any age can experience dental anxiety. We will adjust your dental treatment to a pace that is comfortable to you. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help you relax. Nitrous oxide is a colorless blend of oxygen and nitrous oxide gases with a pleasant, sweet smell and taste. It is administered comfortably through a mask work over the mouth, and it creates a sense of well-being and tranquility that can immediately ease your nerves.
